You have 14 days from receipt of your shipment to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To request a return, please send a message to info@kitsuneperformance.com with your order number and information about your withdrawal, and return the product to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the funds using the same payment method used for the purchase. If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will endeavor to edit or cancel it. If the products have already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and follow the standard returns procedure.

All products are covered by statutory warranty – in the event of a defect or non-conformity with the contract, you can submit a complaint. We accept complaints by email at info@kitsuneperformance.com or in writing to the company address; after review, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Most products are made to order, so delivery time may be up to 35 business days from receipt of payment. We will notify you via email if this timeframe is extended.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier's website.
