Materials

Directions for use

We recommend servicing the filter every 15,000 km (9,000 miles), or more frequently in dusty conditions. Only use the dedicated Eventuri cleaning kit to avoid damaging the filter media.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept traditional bank transfers, Przelewy24 fast online payments (including BLIK, payment cards, and fast bank transfers), and PayPal. Card and payment details are processed by the payment providers and not stored in our store.

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt of your shipment to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To request a return, please send a message to info@kitsuneperformance.com with your order number and information about your withdrawal, and return the product to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the funds using the same payment method used for the purchase. Details can be found in the " Returns Policy " tab.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will endeavor to edit or cancel it. If the products have already been shipped, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and follow the standard returns procedure.

Yes. You can use the "Select Model" tab, where products are grouped by car make and model, or contact us – we will select components for your specific car and planned scope of modifications.

Do you offer a guarantee/warranty on your products?

All products are covered by statutory warranty – in the event of a defect or non-conformity with the contract, you can submit a complaint. We accept complaints by email at info@kitsuneperformance.com or in writing to the company address; after review, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Shipment

What is the order processing time?

Most products are made to order, so delivery time may be up to 35 business days from receipt of payment. We will notify you via email if this timeframe is extended.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the delivery status on the carrier's website.
