What payment methods do you accept?
We accept traditional bank transfers, Przelewy24 fast online payments (including BLIK, payment cards, and fast bank transfers), and PayPal. Card and payment details are processed by the payment providers and not stored in our store.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days from receipt of your shipment to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To request a return, please send a message to info@kitsuneperformance.com with your order number and information about your withdrawal, and return the product to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the funds using the same payment method used for the purchase. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will endeavor to edit or cancel it.
