What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days from receipt of your shipment to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To request a return, please send a message to info@kitsuneperformance.com with your order number and information about your withdrawal, and return the product to the address provided. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the funds using the same payment method used for the purchase. We accept complaints by email at info@kitsuneperformance.com or in writing to the company address; after review, we may offer a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions.

What is the order processing time?

Most products are made to order, so delivery time may be up to 35 business days from receipt of payment. We will notify you via email if this timeframe is extended.
